She has 20 years of rich experience in various roles including Director level planning, sourcing, Product Management, Program Management, QA, Team Development, Marketing, and Business Development. She was the founder of Shiksha Planet, started with the aim of focusing on building new clientele adding new technology-driven people in our portfolio, opened various offices around the globe, now moved totally into software development (ShikshaInfotech Pvt. Ltd.)

She has played a role in Product and Program management in Clickable, they were into online solutions which make creating and managing search advertising simple and effective. I have been instrumental in setting up processes for smooth release and deliveries. Also brought in the new solution for testing automation. Prior to it she was working with Seventymm and was responsible for smooth delivery of the online movie community which was a web 2.0 social networking portal. She has also worked with Trident Group & Banaras Beads as Marketing Manager.
